An education startup had secured a cohort of 2,000 students for a pilot programme launching in 6 weeks. They had no platform. Their plan was to use a combination of WhatsApp groups, Google Drive, and Zoom links — a setup that would have been unmanageable at 2,000 users and provided no data on student engagement or progress.
We scoped, designed, and built a purpose-fit MVP learning platform in 5 weeks: course management, video delivery via Mux, progress tracking, a student dashboard, and a Stripe-powered payment flow for future cohorts. The platform was live and stress-tested before their launch date.
